Manmadhudu Turns Manthrikudu!

Raju Gari Gadhi, directed by television host Omkar and featured budding stars, was a sleeper hit. Now, the director is making sequel to the film with Nagarjuna portraying lead role. It is reliably learnt that, Nagarjuna plays role of a Manthrikudu (Conjurer) in the film.

"Nagarjuna will essay a psychic who works as a mentalist in cruise ships and entertainment industry," informs a source. Although Nagarjuna played different roles in his films, the role of Manthrikudu is first time act for him.

It is also heard that, Nagarjuna will be seen in modern outfits, unlike usual conjurers. The film is said to be high on comedy and horror elements like the prequel Raju Gari Gadhi.

"The film has no connections with Raju Gari Gadhi and the title is used only to cash on craze on the film," notifies the source.

Prasad Vara Potluri will bankroll the project with good budget since it has a bankable star like Nagarjuna on board. Search is on for other actors to star in the film.

Interim, Nagarjuna is shooting for K Raghavendra Rao directing devotional flick Om Namo Venkatesaya.
